The Company is the leader in authentication, certification of Personal, educational and Commercial documents from the concerned Consulate/ Embassy/ Ministry/ Authority for approval. This Website is owned and operated by the Company. By using the website or availing any services from the website, You agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set forth and any/all terms and conditions, privacy policy for the time being in force or in future. Do not use the website or avail services from the website, if You don’t wish to abide by the terms and onditions as set forth. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website and/or availing any service from the website.

  1. Definitions and Interpretation

    8.2 If the Company terminates Your Account, any payments on Your Account due shall be paid to You immediately and provision of Services shall be stopped.

No forbearance, indulgence or relaxation by any Party to require performance of this Terms and Conditions shall in any way affect or prejudice the right of such Party to require performance of the same and any waiver by any Party of any breach of this Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver or acquiescence of any continuing or succeeding breach, a waiver of any right under or arising out of this Terms and Conditions.

  39. Assignment
  40. Neither these Terms and Conditions nor any rights hereunder may be assigned by either you or the Company without the prior written consent of the other Party.

  41. Jurisdiction
  42. That the rights and obligations of the parties under or arising out of this Terms and Conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of India for the time being in force. The Courts at Pune shall have alone andexclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or touching upon or in relation to these terms and conditions.

    Further the Company, may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of these Terms and Conditions . These terms and conditions is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, disclaimer policy and Terms and Conditions.
