At PEC we value transparency, customer satisfaction, and professionalism. We understand that situations can change, and we have created this refund and cancellation policy to outline the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Cancellation by the client:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
If you choose not to proceed with our services after payment, we will deduct an applicable amount for consulting charges, and the balance amount will be refunded.
Entire charges are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the embassy or processed by our operations team.
Charges for additional services such as courier services,other related services are non-refundable once the respective services have been rendered.
If the Apostille/Attestation fees are paid to the Ministry/embassy/consulate or respective authority, these fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the Document is refused, canceled, or delayed.
In case you wish to cancel the service, you must provide a valid reason for the cancellation and submit your bank details for processing any eligible refunds.

Cancellation by the Company
PEC reserves the right to cancel your service at any time, with or without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or issues that may arise during the application process. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and discuss any potential resolution.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges are non-refundable such as Attestation Fees of MEA/Embassy once service is rendered.
Changes
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or alter, remove any portion of this Cancellation Policy in whole or in part, at any time, without serving any prior notice to You. Your continued use of the website after any changes to this Cancellation Policy shall be deemed as Your acceptance of those changes.

Further the Company, may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website including the availability of any features of the website, at any time. The Company may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire website without any prior notice or liability.
